These general conditions of sale govern the rights and obligations of the parties as part of the online sale of goods on the site www.planetys.com the consumer.
Any order under a product appearing in the Online Store Site www.planetys.com implies and requires consultation and prior acceptance of these terms and conditions of sale.

Method of delivery |
The products are delivered to the address specified by the customer on the order form and only on the geographic areas we serve.

Delivery errors |

Product Warranty |
The provisions hereof may not deprive consumers of the legal guarantee which obliges the professional salesman to guarantee it against all the consequences of defects of the thing sold.

Right of withdrawal |
The right of withdrawal applies only to natural persons.

No partial validation |

If one or more provisions of these terms are held to be validated or declared as such under any law, regulation or following a final decision of a competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and scope. |

No Waiver |
|

Order Processing
